Our new Meeting Transcription feature is a great way to enhance your meetings in Frame! Meeting Summaries, Action Items and full transcripts of your meetings available in a flash. Plus, reports are saved to a single location for easy access when reviewing previous meetings.

• You can Start & Stop Transcriptions in the Toolbar and Sidebar.
• When recordings are inactive the record button is white.
• When recordings are active the record button is red.

As soon as a recording is active everyone currently in your voice zone will see a notification that there is a meeting being transcribed.

Click “See Meeting Notes” to open the Live Transcript.

When you are ready to end the meeting click “Stop Transcribing”.

Once the transcription is complete a pop up will appear where you can view the report immediately or send it to your email.

Clicking “See Meeting Record” will take you to the Frame AI Dashboard. Meeting records are organized by frame name and date along the left side bar and clicking an entry will open the full report which includes:

• A autogenerated Meeting Title.*
• A bulleted summary of your meeting.
• Tags with meeting topics in yellow.*
• Meeting Participants tags in blue.
• The Transcript tab will show a full transcript of exactly what was said during your meeting.
  • If enabled, any chat messages sent while recording was active, will also appear in the transcript.
• The Action Items tab will list the meetings ‘take aways’ and will list any potential insights for next steps. It will list items you need to Research, Examine, Explore, Consider or Discuss.

*Meeting Titles can be edited and Tags can be removed and added.
