Want to easily guide a customer to a specific area or office? Do you need to lead a group of users on a tour? Then use our new ‘Follow the Leader’ feature to guide your users around your frame.

To get started access the People Menu and click the user you want to follow or the user you want to follow you. Depending on what you wish either click -

• Follow User

or

• Have User Follow You

Now the user who is the Leader will have their followers trail behind them as they walk around the Frame. To end this behavior all you need to do is click ‘Stop Following Me’ in the users drop down menu.

The tooltip and text will update so you know what state you are in - follow me or stop following.

Leaders can walk forwards or backwards while users are following as well as enter and exit rooms making tours seamless and easy.

Leaders will need to click on individual user names and select “Have user Follow You” for all users you want to group up with. There isn’t an All Users follow option right now.
