Webcams View

When Users Mics are Off and no one has spoken you will see a “No Active Speaker”.

As soon as a User speaks their Webcam or Profile Image will appear in Focus.

To have specific or all users present in Focus simply click the Pin on the users webcam in the Grid list.

Assets View

To ensure that Streaming Screens and other Assets are kept private and only visible while within the zone you are in - you’ll need to ensure that two settings are enabled:

Frame Sidebar>General Settings

Frame Sidebar>Environment Settings

• To put Assets in Focus in Grid View simply click the arrow at the top of the asset to move the asset between focus and pool.
• Click-and-Drag assets to place them exactly where you need.
• To resize assets in Grid View simply Click-and-Drag the bottom right corner of the asset.
  • To resize back to the original click the three dots>Resize

Agents View

When agents are not present in your voice zone the Agents tab will be empty. As soon as you add an AI Agent to the voice zone you will see the Agent pop into view.

• AI Agents will only appear in the left column webcam grid and webcams view once you starting speaking to the agent after clicking “Talk”.

  • To stop interacting with the Agent click the “Talk” button once more and it will be removed from webcam grid and webcams view.
