Some Caveats to Assets created in 3D vs Flat Mode:
- Currently, assets created from flat mode will not place assets in an organized way within the voice zone for 3d. Assets will not go outside of the voice zone you are in, but they will be stacked on top of each other.
- It may help to set up meeting areas with common assets like Streaming Screens in 3d mode so that the voice zones still look good while in 3d.
- After a meeting takes place - if PDFs, Images, or Videos were uploaded in Flat or 3D view, they should be deleted once a meeting ends. This will help users who may need that voice zone in the future so that they don’t have to ‘clean up’ after other meetings.
