Using the Global AI Knowledge Base you can train all of your agents on the files, YouTube videos, or websites of your choosing.

All of your agents will be able to use these resources and you can specifically reference resources by using @ in the text chat.

Agent Specific Knowledge

What about if you want each of your agents to have unique knowledge bases? Well, you can do that too!

Go to the ‘Agents’ tab on the AI Dashboard to create new agents and edit your current agents. To edit what files, YouTube videos, or websites you want to train that agent in specifically click ‘Edit Knowledge’.

*As you can see in the video below agent knowledge and global knowledge are separate and what you upload to a specific agent will not be present under global knowledge.
